On the night of September 28th, Russian occupiers launched an attack with 44 combat UAVs Shakhed-136/131 from the southeast direction. These were launched in groups from the areas of Primorsko-Akhtarsk (Russia) and Cape Chauda (Crimea).
As reported by the Ukrainian Air Force, air defense forces destroyed 34 Shakhed drones.
"Fighter aircraft, anti-aircraft missile units, and mobile fire groups were deployed to repel the attack," noted the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
In addition, during the past 24 hours, on September 27th, six reconnaissance UAVs of operational-tactical level were destroyed. Over the current and previous 24 hours, the aircraft of the Ukrainian Air Force conducted more than 30 sorties for fighter cover and fire engagement against Russia,
