It is noted that as a result of negotiations with the participation of the Commissioner for Missing Persons under Special Circumstances, an agreement was reached on the exchange of bodies according to the formula "160 by 160".
The Ministry of Defense carried out the operation, the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense, the SSU, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other law enforcement agencies of Ukraine.
