Ukraine and the European Union have approved a decision to cancel part of the tariffs and increase quotas for the export of agricultural products to the EU.
This was reported on Facebook by Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of Ukraine Taras Kachka.
“Ukraine and the EU today approved a decision to cancel part of the tariffs and increase quotas for the export of agricultural products to the EU. The decision of the Association Committee in Trade Configuration 3/2025 of October 14, 2025, will enter into force in 15 days (on October 29),” the Deputy Prime Minister noted.
According to him, Ukrainian exporters will be able to take advantage of the new trade regime already this year.
The decision is bilateral and is valid indefinitely, he emphasized.
The next review aimed at increasing access to the EU market will take place in 2028.
