Capitalization in most Ukrainian agricultural holdings in the first quarter of 2023 showed a decrease, prices per share and trading volumes decreased. UkrAgroConsult writes about it.
âMost agricultural holdings have capitalization in the 1st quarter. 2023 compared to Q1 2022 showed a decrease, except for such agricultural holdings as Astarta-Kyiv and Ukrprodukt, which have seen an increase in capitalization since March 7, which exceeded the level for the same period in the first quarter. 2022 due to an increase in the price per share, as well as the volume of shares traded. It should also be noted such agricultural holdings as IMC, KSG Agro, Kernel, and Agroliga, from March 7 to March 14 had an excess of capitalization compared to the same period in the 1st quarter. 2022, as well as MHP, which experienced an increase in capitalization from February 28 to March 7, 2023,â analysts say.
Other agricultural holdings showed a decrease in capitalization compared to the 1st quarter. 2022.
According to stock exchange data and calculations by UkrAgroConsult, the total capitalization of agricultural holdings (MHP, Kernel, Agroton, Astarta-Kyiv, AgroGeneration, Milkiland, IMC, KSG Agro, Ovostar Union, Ukrproduct, Agroliga) ) for I quarter. 2023 amounted to â¬12.96 billion, which is almost â¬9.7 billion (42.7%) less than in Q1. 2022 (â¬22.6 billion).
