Ukrainian drones attacked Krasnodar Krai and Rostov region overnight on July 10.

In Kuban, according to the regional operational headquarters, the Ilsky Oil Refinery was hit. It is one of the largest oil refineries in southern Russia, with a designed capacity of around 6.6 million tonnes of crude oil per year. Local authorities said that "a fire broke out due to falling debris from a UAV" at the facility.

According to the operational headquarters, drone fragments also fell on "one of the enterprises" and a private house in the village of Severskaya.

The Ilsky Oil Refinery, which produces petroleum products mainly for export, has been targeted for the fifth time since the beginning of the year and at least 17 times since the start of the war, according to Astra's estimates. Before this, Ukrainian drones struck the facility on June 2.

According to Ukrainian Telegram channel Supernova+, a port terminal belonging to LLC Kurgannefteprodukt in Taganrog, Rostov region, was also hit and caught fire. The terminal has a transshipment capacity of 1.2 million tonnes per year. TASS, citing local authorities, reported that an evacuation began "from the emergency zone following a UAV attack."

In addition, an oil depot in Azov was attacked. Preliminary reports indicate that the DonTerminal oil depot caught fire.

According to Exilenova+, the JSC Azov Optical and Mechanical Plant (AOMZ) was also hit. The enterprise specializes in the production of optical-electronic, radar, and high-precision systems, including sights, rangefinders, thermal imaging devices, and fire-control systems used in Russian aircraft, armored vehicles, and warships, as well as electronic components for missiles.

The machine-building and instrument-making enterprise had already been targeted by drones in July 2025. The plant is part of Russia’s defense-industrial complex and belongs to the country’s largest defense holding company, JSC Tactical Missiles Corporation (KTRV).

Rostov Governor Yuri Slyusar confirmed strikes on "two petroleum product storage facilities" in Azov. Fires broke out at both sites. Preliminary reports indicate that no one was injured.

According to the governor, efforts are also underway to extinguish a fire "on the territory of the seaport" in Taganrog.
