On the night of November 29, Ukrainian drones launched a massive attack on Russia's Rostov region, according to the acting regional governor, Yuri Slyusar. He reported that 30 drones were involved in the operation, resulting in damage to residential buildings in several settlements and a fire at an industrial facility.

“In the Kamensky district, emergency response teams are extinguishing a major fire at an industrial site. A total of 109 personnel and 38 units of equipment are engaged,” Slyusar wrote on Telegram.

While he did not specify the facility, the Telegram channels Shot and VChK-OGPU reported that the fire broke out at an oil depot near Kamensk-Shakhtinsky.

The Telegram channel This is Rostov News identified the target as the "Atlas" oil depot, which Ukrainian drones had previously attacked in late August this year. The fire reportedly engulfed two storage tanks in separate locations.

The state enterprise "Atlas Combine" is part of Russia's military-industrial complex, supplying fuel products to the Russian army, including in occupied Ukrainian territories. The facility operates under the management of the Federal Agency for State Reserves in Russia's Southern Federal District.

The Russian Ministry of Defense claimed that air defense systems destroyed 47 Ukrainian drones during the night, including 29 over the Rostov region, eight over Krasnodar Krai, three each over Belgorod, Bryansk, and Voronezh regions, and one over occupied Crimea.

Since the beginning of November, Ukrainian drones have also targeted oil depots in Russia's Belgorod region and Stavropol Krai. In both cases, the fires were quickly extinguished.
