High school students from the Russian-occupied cities of Lysychansk and Rubizhne in Luhansk region are being taken to Yelabuga, where the largest drone production plant in Russia is located.
This was reported by the Luhansk Regional State Administration on Facebook.
“High school students from Lysychansk and Rubizhne are being taken by the Russians to Tatarstan. Separately from their families. Parents are allowed to come only once—for graduation. Boys and girls from Luhansk region are being relocated to Yelabuga, while mostly older people remain in the so-called ‘LPR’. In Tatarstan, they are being offered to become engineers,” the statement says.
As noted by the administration, the largest drone production plant in Russia is located in Yelabuga.
It is also reported that after several weeks of fuel shortages, residents of Sievierodonetsk occasionally have access to gasoline. It is delivered to the city about once a week but is quickly sold out within a few hours.
“Prices have increased significantly. One liter costs 2.5–4 times more than before the start of the Russian fuel crisis,” the administration said.
