On May 5, the President of Ukraine launched a single-window for collecting charitable donations in support of Ukraine - UNITED24. This is a global initiative that brings together people from all over the world to help Ukraine. A fundraising platform https://u24.gov.ua was created for donors.
In 7 days, people from 72 countries have already supported Ukraine. The National Bank of Ukraine accounts assigned to the relevant ministries received a total of $ 25,804,580.
- $ 25,762,896.72 - to the account of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine (direction "Defense and Demining")
- $ 25,191.34 - to the account of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine (Medical Care)
- $ 16,491.94 - to the account of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine (Reconstruction of Ukraine)
Another $ 735,673 was raised through the Ukraine House DC Foundation and $ 362,379 in cryptocurrency through the Whitepay payment company. These funds will be transferred to the accounts of the NBU shortly.
The ministries will distribute all the money to the most important needs of Ukraine. The next report on allocating and distributing funds will be published in a week.
