According to the votes of the jury and the audience, TVORCHI won the first place. The jury gave them 9 points out of 10 possible, the audience gave 10 points out of 10 possible.

In 2022, the Ukrainian group Kalush Orchestra won first place in the music competition. That is why, according to the rules, Ukraine should host the competition next year. However, the European broadcaster EBU assessed the security situation and decided to give the right to host the Eurovision Song Contest to the runner-up - Great Britain. It is already known that the event will be held in Liverpool on May 13, 2023.
