President Volodymyr Zelensky, by his decree, created a working group that will work on the issue of creating a special international tribunal for the crime of aggression against Ukraine.

The working group was headed by Andriy Yermak, Head of the Office of the President, and Andrey Smirnov, Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Office, became the Deputy Chairman and Coordinator.

This is evidenced by the decree of the head of state No. 661/2022 "On the working group to develop the issue of creating a special international tribunal for the crime of aggression against Ukraine."

According to the document, the members of the group must develop and submit proposals for the creation of a special international tribunal.

The group included 16 people: the chief consultant of the department of organizational work of the office of the head of the OP Oleg Gavrish, director of the department of international law of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Oksana Zolotareva, director general of the directorate for foreign policy and strategic partnership of the OP Alexander Karasevich, head of the office of the head of the OP Elena Kovalskaya, ambassador at large of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Anton Korynevych, Foreign Ministers Dmitry Kuleba, Justice Denis Malyuska, Deputy Head of the Presidential Office Andrey Sibiga, Prosecutor General Andrey Kostin, people's deputies Alexander Kachura, Denis Maslov, Maria Mezentseva, Alexandra Ustinova and Elena Khomenko.
