Putin and Lukashenko asked for respect from Europe
Lukashenko said directly that Europe must understand and accept the need to cooperate with Russia and Belarus.
On September 26, Lukashenko made an unannounced visit to Russia. At a meeting with Putin, the self-proclaimed president of Belarus spoke of a “difficult period.”
“Europe, if it has died down (I’m not talking about those overseas), let them think. I have already told them three times that their future is with us. Together with Russia, where they have everything they need. And they have something “What can we buy from them. What else do they need? We just have to make responsible decisions. If they don’t want to, don’t.” – said Lukashenko
The dictators held a meeting at which, judging by the official report, they discussed, among other things, the supply of food and fertilizer. Lukashenko said directly that Europe must understand and accept the need to cooperate with Russia and Belarus.
“Today I analyzed the instructions that we gave, we have practically no disruptions. We were predicted collapse, death, etc. We have said more than once: life is diverse, we need someone, we need someone and we found partners! And people. We must express gratitude for the understanding. It is not an easy period! People understand. There is a certain watershed and criterion we have in the 20th year, you have now, which shows who is who. We have changed a lot in these three months. We saw that we could live normally. There is no fear. Well, Europe, if they got crazy, let them think.”
Vladimir Putin at a meeting with Alexander Lukashenko, said he wants respect from Europe.
“We should be treated with respect,” Putin added.
“We, the Slavs, will not talk to them without this. No one will tolerate humiliation,” Lukashenko agreed with Russian President.
