Richard Gere put his Jaguar up for sale to help Ukraine

This 1999 Jaguar XK8 convertible was purchased new by Richard Gere and has remained with the actor in New York since. The full sale amount, including the BaT buyer’s fee, will be split evenly between the World Central Kitchen and Open Arms Ukraine, both of which are non-profit organizations that provide resources to those affected by the war in Ukraine.
The car is finished in Anthracite Pearl (PED) and is equipped with a black soft top that features a heated glass rear window. The cabin features Cashmere leather seat upholstery, matching door panel inserts, tan carpets, and wood trim on the steering wheel, dashboard, center console, and doors. The digital odometer shows 30k miles.
