In Zaporizhzhia, the death toll has increased due to a rocket strike by Russian forces.

According to Ivan Fedorov, the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, as a result of the strike:

• 4 people have died;

• 8 people have been injured.

Additionally, on April 8, the Russians attacked Zaporizhzhia 536 times in 13 populated areas of the Zaporizhzhia region:

• They launched a rocket strike on Zaporizhzhia;

• They conducted 2 airstrikes on Mala Tokmachka and Robotyne;

• 144 UAVs of various modifications attacked Hulyaipole, Levadne, Robotyne, Mala Tokmachka, Malynivka, and Novoandriivka;

• They carried out MLRS shelling on Hulyaipole, Mala Tokmachka, and Robotyne;

• They conducted 354 artillery shelling on the territory of Hulyaipole, Mala Tokmachka, and other populated areas.

In total, there have been 34 reports of residential buildings and infrastructure being destroyed.
