Russian forces once again attacked the energy infrastructure in Odessa region, damaging a production building, the State Emergency Service reported .
"As a result of the attack, a fire broke out, which firefighters quickly extinguished," the report said. The production building and a car were also damaged.
There were no casualties or injuries.
