On the night of February 4, Russia launched 65 attack drones and other UAVs at Ukraine. Air defense forces managed to destroy 37 drones.
According to the Air Force, Russia launched drones from three directions: Oryol, Kursk, and Bryansk.
"Aerial attacks were countered by aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units, and mobile fire groups of the Air Force and Defense Forces of Ukraine," the statement said.
As of 9:00 AM, 37 Shahed-type attack drones and other UAVs were confirmed downed in Poltava, Sumy, Kyiv, Chernihiv, and Cherkasy regions.
Additionally, 28 decoy drones were lost from radar without causing any harm.
