On July 10-11, Russian forces intensified their attacks across several Ukrainian regions, resulting in civilian casualties, extensive damage to infrastructure, and ongoing military engagements.
Donetsk Region:
According to Vadym Filashkin, head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, Russian attacks killed seven civilians and injured nine others on July 10. Three people died in Pokrovsk, with additional fatalities reported in Zapovidne, Rodynske, Zatyshok, and Vyroliubivka. Filashkin noted that the total casualties in Donetsk since the start of the full-scale war have reached 3,343 dead and 7,510 injured, excluding figures from Mariupol and Volnovakha.
Sumy Region:
Nearly 120 attacks hit 32 settlements in Sumy region over a 24-hour period, injuring two people. The Sumy Regional Military Administration reported significant drone activity, including nearly 40 VOG grenade drops, 25 multiple rocket launcher strikes, and 15 guided bomb attacks. Damage was reported to residential buildings, administrative facilities, and private properties in communities such as Seredyna-Buda, Lebedyn, and Sumy city. Additionally, 19 residents were evacuated from border communities.
Kherson Region:
Oleksandr Prokudin, head of Kherson Regional Military Administration, confirmed that 14 people were injured in Russian drone and artillery attacks targeting over 30 settlements, including the city of Kherson. Damage included six private homes, a cell tower, and several vehicles.
Kharkiv:
Russian drone strikes injured nine people in Kharkiv’s Saltivskyi district on the morning of July 11. The attacks caused fires and damage to residential buildings, a dental clinic, a maternity hospital, shops, and vehicles. The State Emergency Service of Ukraine confirmed these details.
Kharkiv Region:
Chuhuiv district experienced seven drone strikes overnight, damaging residential buildings, a medical facility, and causing a fire at an industrial site. One injured civilian, a 65-year-old woman, is receiving medical treatment. This was reported by Oleh Syniehubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.
Dnipropetrovsk Region:
Serhiy Lysak, head of the regional military administration, reported drone and artillery strikes on Nikopol and Synelnykove districts. The Pokrovske community suffered damage to an agricultural enterprise and a fire, while attacks in the Nikopol area damaged an administrative building, power lines, and caused fires. No casualties were reported.
Mykolaiv Region:
During the night of July 11, Russian forces launched multiple Shahed-type strike drone attacks on transport infrastructure in the Kostyantynivka community. The attacks sparked a small grass fire, quickly extinguished, and caused no casualties. Mykolaiv’s air defenses reportedly shot down 11 drones overnight. Earlier, three FPV drone attacks targeted waters near Ochakiv, with no injuries reported.
Zaporizhzhia Region:
Ivan Fedorov, head of the regional military administration, said Russian forces carried out 592 strikes over a day across 16 settlements. A 48-year-old man was injured in the Zaporizhzhia district. The attacks included seven airstrikes, 419 drone attacks, seven multiple rocket launcher strikes, and 159 artillery strikes targeting towns such as Huliaipole, Kamianske, and Mala Tokmachka. Fourteen reports of damage to homes, apartments, and vehicles were confirmed.
