Russian forces launched a missile attack on the downtown of Odessa. Preliminary information suggests that the ballistic missile was launched from the territory of occupied Crimea.
This informaion was reported by the Head of Regional Millitary Administration, Oleh Kiper.
There are casualties.
Civil infrastructure has been damaged, including residential buildings.

Eight residential buildings and eight cars were damaged. Five people were injured, and two were rescued from a collapsed apartment.

The buildings of a school and a sports hall of the agricultural university, as well as residential buildings, were damaged. Some people are currently trapped in their homes, and rescuers are doing everything possible to free them.
