On the night of January 17, Russian forces attacked the Izmail district of the Odesa region using strike drones, causing damage.
This was reported on Telegram by Oleg Kiper, head of the Odesa Regional State Administration.
"During the night, the enemy targeted the Izmail district with strike drones. Our air defense forces were actively engaged. The Russians aimed at port infrastructure," Kiper noted.
According to him, there were no casualties or injuries.
There is damage to building facades and a residential house. All relevant services are working at the scene, and law enforcement is documenting the consequences, the governor added.
