President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky held telephone conversations with the presidents of Finland and Latvia, Alexander Stubb and Edgars Rinkevics, and the prime ministers of Spain and Belgium, Pedro Sanchez and Alexander De Croo. All of them confirmed their participation in the Global Peace Summit, which will take place in Switzerland in June this year.

The head of the Ukrainian state thanked Alexander Stubb for his leadership in implementing the peace formula point regarding environmental safety and Finland's active participation in other areas. The presidents also discussed the continuation of defense cooperation and the possibility of involving Finnish experience in building civilian shelters.

The leaders of Ukraine and Latvia exchanged views on consolidating support for the Peace Summit from countries around the world. Volodymyr Zelensky thanked for signing a bilateral security agreement within the Vilnius Declaration of the G7 and separately noted the commitment to allocate 0.25% of GDP annually to support our country.

The President of Ukraine thanked the Prime Minister of Spain for actively supporting the Peace Formula, advocating for it among Latin American and African countries, and for all defense assistance, including strengthening air defense. The leaders noted the completion of negotiations on the text of a bilateral security agreement within the Vilnius Declaration of the G7.

With the Prime Minister of Belgium, they discussed defense and political cooperation. Volodymyr Zelensky noted: Ukraine values the Belgian government's decision to begin transferring F-16 aircraft already this year. The head of state also emphasized the important role of Belgium's presidency of the EU in the context of Ukraine's integration and stressed that our country expects the actual start of accession negotiations in June.
