On the 26-th of April 2021, one of the key departments of the St. Catherine's Clinic, the Ambulance Service, celebrated its 8th anniversary. Over the years doctors has received more than 100 thousand calls from Odessa residents and patients from Southern Ukraine.

The ambulance service of the St. Catherine's Clinic is rightfully considered to be one of the best in the South of Ukraine. All teams of the medical institution are versatile and provide assistance in any emergency.

They have 15 C-class reanimobiles at their disposal. The reanimobiles are equipped with modern devices necessary for resuscitation, artificial lung ventilation, and heart rate control.

This attitude of the Clinic to the level of the service's equipment allows doctors not only to deliver the patient to the hospital as soon as possible, but also to carry out preliminary manipulations in the accutest period for him.

During the pandemic, almost every day, each team makes more than 10 visits, a significant part of them related to the coronavirus. On the way, doctors are already receiving information from the dispatcher that the call may be related to COVID-19. We arrive at the place and immediately put on protective suits and then act depending on the patient's condition.

The clinic serves residents of the city of Odessa and settlements within a radius of up to 30 kilometers from the regional center, including the cities of Yuzhny and Chornomorsk.

The principle of the ambulance is “ VENI, VIDI, VICI”. Doctors must have a certain mindset: you cannot make a call to a friend, ask the audience for help. You can only rely on yourself and on the golden hands of a paramedic. And the patient, in return, relies on the knowledge and skills of the doctor. Our Clinic employs highly qualified doctors with extensive experience. It is very important.
