The vehicle module of the DocPort digital platform has been launched at Ukraine’s largest deep-water port, Pivdennyi.
Previously, the system began operating in Izmail, Reni, Chornomorsk, and Odessa, the Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority reported on Facebook.
“The DocPort vehicle module digitizes key logistics processes: electronic issuance of transport passes, queue management through controlled entry, and processing and storage of data on cargo and vehicles,” the authority noted.
For businesses, this means significant savings in time and costs: once company, driver, and vehicle data are entered, operations can be conducted seamlessly across all five ports without repeated formalities.
