The Ukrainian Defense Forces struck several key targets on Russian territory on the night of January 21, including an oil depot in the Voronezh region and an aircraft factory near Smolensk.
This information was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
"For the second time in a week, drones from the Special Operations Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces struck the 'Liskinskaya' oil depot in the Voronezh region of the Russian Federation. This time, the attack occurred on the night of January 21."
As a result of the strike, carried out in coordination with other components of the Ukrainian Defense Forces, tanks containing fuel and lubricants, which the occupiers use to supply Russian troops, are on fire."
The General Staff reminded that this enterprise belongs to one of Russia’s largest state corporations, Rosneft.
Additionally, on the night of Tuesday, Ukrainian drone forces and Special Operations Forces struck the infrastructure of the Smolensk Aviation Factory in the Smolensk region of Russia, where combat aircraft are modernized and produced.
"Explosions were recorded on the territory of the aircraft factory," the General Staff noted.
Furthermore, the Defense Forces struck the command post of the 29th Combined Arms Army of the Russian Federation in temporarily occupied Volnovakha in Donetsk region. According to the General Staff, explosions and smoke were observed in the target area. The results of the strikes are being clarified.
