Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko states that the most difficult energy situation remains in Kyiv, Kyiv region, Dnipropetrovsk, Chernihiv, Sumy, and Kharkiv regions.

"Restoration of the energy system continues across the country. The most difficult situation remains in Kyiv, Kyiv region, Dnipropetrovsk, Chernihiv, Sumy, and Kharkiv regions. Over 160 energy crews, including teams dispatched from other regions, are working around the clock to restore electricity and heat," Svyrydenko wrote on her Telegram channel following an energy coordination meeting with key ministries and heads of regional military administrations.

She emphasized that special attention is being given to supplying Kyiv with alternative energy sources and distributed generation units.

According to her, the government is ready to provide all necessary support and expects active engagement from the Kyiv city authorities.

"There should be no obstacles or delays in connection," the Prime Minister stressed.
