The family of the Russian billionaire and CEO of PJSC "KamAZ," Sergey Kogogin, freely travels across European Union countries and helps facilitate the supply of necessary parts for the Russian manufacturer "KamAZ." This information is reported in the investigation by Trap Aggressor from the NGO "StateWatch."

According to trade databases, the Austrian company PowerLine Automotive GmbH supplies parts and raw materials of European production to the Russian LLC "Turbo King" and LLC "NPO Rostar" (under Ukrainian sanctions). In 2023 alone, the Austrians supplied products worth over $2.5 million to "Turbo King" and almost $250,000 to "NPO Rostar."

Sergey Kogogin is not only a Russian billionaire but also an active supporter of Vladimir Putin and Russia's war against Ukraine. Since 1999, he has been a member of the board of directors of "Kamaz," and in 2018, Kogogin was co-head of Vladimir Putin's election campaign headquarters in the Russian presidential elections. In 2022, he received the Order "For Merit to the Fatherland."

Sergey Kogogin is under sanctions from Ukraine, the USA, the UK, and Canada. However, the European Union has not imposed sanctions on Kogogin. The daughter of the CEO of "Kamaz," Tatyana Kogogina, lived in Austria for a long time. Her husband, Dmitry Kuramshin, was the general director of the Russian-Austrian joint venture "Crane Center KAMAZ" until 2015.

It is noted that PJSC "KamAZ" likely uses companies associated with Tatyana Kogogina and Dmitry Kuramshin to organize import supplies, bypassing existing sanctions.

"In 2021-2023, Tatyana Kogogina worked at PowerLine Handels GmbH, as indicated on her Linkedin page. The company is engaged in trading components for trucks. Also, an ex-employee of PJSC 'KAMAZ,' Igor Podvorny, still works at this Austrian enterprise. The managing director of PowerLine Handels GmbH is Artem Martirosyan, who is also associated with several other companies in Austria, including PowerLine Transmission GmbH, PowerLine Automotive GmbH," the investigation states.

Companies of the PowerLine group directly or through intermediaries supply goods and raw materials to Russia, including to PJSC "KAMAZ."
