Counter-intelligence of the Security Service exposed another accomplice of the enemy in the Odessa region.

The perpetrator organized the collection of money for the needs of Russian occupation groups fighting against the Defense Forces on the southern and eastern fronts.

Among these enemy units are Russian battalion-tactical groups located in the captured areas of the Mariupol and Kherson region.

To collect funds, the woman posted relevant posts on social networks, including those banned in Ukraine.

In these messages, she called to support the occupiers and help them with logistical support.

To do this, she offered to transfer money to the bank card of her relative, who is in the places of temporary deployment of military groups of the Russian Federation.

SSU employees detained the perpetrator in the course of counter-subversive measures.

According to the investigation, the suspect is a Odessa resident who supported armed aggression against Ukraine.

She actively spread her pro-Kremlin views through Russian social networks, as well as during communication with others.

It was established that her relatives have been part of the terrorist organization "DPR" since 2016 and actively participate in combat operations against Ukrainian troops.

At the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the militants became part of the occupation groups of the Southern Military District of the Russian Federation.

Through them, she tried to establish an uninterrupted channel of funding for Russians.

So far, the investigators of the Security Service have informed the detainee of suspicion under Part 1 of Art. 111-2 (assistance to the aggressor state) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

The court chose a preventive measure in the form of detention.
