Throughout the year, assets of Russian individuals totaling 11.5 billion hryvnias have been transferred to the Agency for Search and Asset Management. These assets include ships, wagons, and chemical products.

The State Bureau of Investigations reports that in 2023, the Higher Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine granted lawsuits filed by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for the application of sanctions against Russian citizens, including oligarchs close to Putin. The affected individuals include Arkadiy and Igor Rotenberg, Oleg Deripaska, Yevgeny Giner, Oleksandr Ponomarenko, and Oleksandr Skorobogatko.

The following assets have been transferred to state ownership:

LLC "GLUKHOVO QUARTZITES QUARRY" and MYKOLAIV ALUMINA REFINERY COMPANY LIMITED

Shopping and entertainment center "Ocean Plaza," estimated at over $350 million.

88.89% of shares of JSC First Investment Bank

Assets under court arrest, and the issue of nationalization is under consideration by the Higher Anti-Corruption Court:

JSC "Rivneoblenergo" (93.2%)

JSC "Khersonoblenergo" (99.9%)

JSC "Chernivtsioblenergo" (96.8%)

JSC "Zhytomyroblenergo" (95.5%)

JSC "Kirovohradoblenergo" (72.9%)

Additionally, seven hotels and two shopping and entertainment centers with a total value of UAH 2 billion (owned by Yevgeny Giner) are currently under arrest and subject to consideration for nationalization.

According to information from the State Bureau of Investigations, various shares of the statutory capital and property owned by Russians in other important strategic sectors of the Ukrainian economy have been nationalized.

This includes 100% of LLC "Avangard-Vilarta," which, in addition to "Ocean Plaza Project (Cyprus) LTD," also owns the company "Ethoder Investments Limited" and 66.65% of the "Investment Union "Lybid."

"The structures controlled by Oleg Deripaska also participated in the expansion and reconstruction of the Dnipro-Bug seaport," as stated in the announcement.

Land plots and real estate in different regions of Ukraine, hundreds of units of special and cargo vehicles, as well as hundreds of production facilities, machinery, and warehouses that Russians used in Ukraine for enrichment, have been returned to the state budget.

The courts have confiscated various assets from Russia, including:

13 maritime vessels

1,547 railway wagons

299 vehicles

12.3 thousand tons of iron ore products

87.14 thousand tons of fertilizers

1.5 thousand tons of liquefied gas

1.1 thousand tons of chemical products

1.4 thousand tons of construction materials

65 tons of alcohol products

600 tons of food products
