The Ukrainian startup and international developer of the all-in-one HR platform, PeopleForce, has secured an additional $2 million investment from the venture fund Pracuj Ventures.

"This round not only strengthens our longstanding partnership but also underscores the fund's confidence in our mission to automate HR processes for technology-oriented companies," the press release states.

The company notes that this round "plays an important role in supporting PeopleForce in product development and company scaling," particularly focusing on the markets in Poland and LATAM.

"Pracuj Ventures once again reaffirmed their commitment to trends in HR automation. At PeopleForce, we take pride in being part of their investment portfolio and are diligently working on developing the platform, providing the best opportunities and services to our users," said Andrew Setynik, founder and CEO of PeopleForce.

PeopleForce previously closed a funding round with Pracuj Ventures, becoming the ninth business in their investment portfolio alongside Gamfi, Gymsteer, Inhire.io, Kadromierz, SeniorApp, Sherlock Waste, Wandlee, Worksmile, and others.

"As investors, we are excited about the opportunity to support PeopleForce on their journey. We believe in the vision and mission of PeopleForce, and we look forward to being part of their further growth," said Pavel Lex, managing partner at Pracuj Ventures.

PeopleForce is an all-in-one HRM software that helps businesses of all sizes integrate and optimize their workforce. It is one centralized solution to streamline HR processes at every stage of the employee life cycle.
