In Kyiv region, three people died as a result of a Russian drone attack on the night of January 24. Debris fell in two districts.

The National Police reported this.

"Unfortunately, three people have died. Also, a 26-year-old man sustained burns. The injured man was taken to the hospital where he is receiving all necessary medical care," the message states.

 

It is also noted that as of 7:30 AM, one district reported damage to a multi-apartment building, with 11 apartments affected. Additionally, in another district, eight private houses, three cars, a store, a utility building, and a fence were damaged. The mayor of Brovary, Ihor Sapozhko, added on Telegram that during the rubble clearance of the building damaged in the drone attack, the body of a deceased woman was found.

The deceased in this building were a couple: a man born in 1966 and a woman born in 1965.

 

 

Meanwhile, the State Emergency Service reported that in Fastiv district, drone debris hit a 10-story residential building, causing a fire and damage on the 6th and 7th floors. 150 residents were evacuated. A man was rescued from the 6th floor, and a woman was freed from the 9th floor. The body of a deceased man born in 1988 was found.

 

 

A team of 49 rescuers and 13 units of equipment are working at the scene, with psychologists from the State Emergency Service providing support to the victims. In Brovary, drone debris destroyed a residential building, and a fire broke out. The fire was extinguished at 4:14 AM over an area of 120 square meters. The body of a deceased man born in 1966 was found, and search efforts for his wife, born in 1965, are ongoing.
