The volunteer engineering group Wild Hornets has showcased trials of an FPV drone equipped with a target detection, capture, and tracking system.
The group released a corresponding video on their X (Twitter) platform.
In the footage, the FPV drone, operating in PREPARE mode, highlights human silhouettes in green. Subsequently, the crosshair aligns with a person, activating the TRACKING mode, during which the highlighted silhouette turns red.
Most likely, target tracking, highlighting, and tracking occur automatically, while capturing may be done manually.
