The government of the United Arab Emirates, in collaboration with the Olena Zelenska Foundation, has donated 930 laptops to educational institutions in Kherson's municipal territorial community.
Roman Mrochko, head of the Kherson City Military Administration, shared this news on Facebook.
“The latest batch of laptops from the Olena Zelenska Foundation—930 devices provided by the UAE government—has been delivered to Kherson’s educational institutions,” Mrochko said.
The laptops were distributed according to prior requests to ensure equitable access to quality education during remote learning. Priority recipients include children of combatants, internally displaced persons (IDPs), large families, students living along the frontlines, and other vulnerable groups.
This initiative reflects a concerted effort to support education in war-affected areas and provide students with the tools needed for continued learning.
