Ukraine opened the last - the 5th stage of vaccination of the population against COVID-19, which will vaccinate all those aged 18 and over. At the same time, priority will be given to vulnerable groups.

Priority groups also include doctors, educators, social workers and the military, who come into contact with large numbers of people.

You can sign up for vaccination against COVID-19 at the vaccination points that operate in most primary care facilities by calling the registry of the relevant institution. You can also register by phone or online for vaccinations at mass vaccination centers, which open in different cities of Ukraine and are open on weekdays and weekends. The full list of points and centers with addresses and telephone numbers is available at vaccination.covid19.gov.ua.

People who cannot move on their own can call the mobile vaccination team at the MOH contact center number: 0 800 60 20 19, or through their family doctor. Currently, the regions are provided with vaccines and can start vaccinating anyone.

Vaccination is carried out with vaccines Comirnaty / Pfizer-BioNTech, CoronaVac / Sinovac Biotech, AstraZeneca (Covishield, SKBio) and Moderna. Each of these vaccines effectively prevents severe disease and saves lives.

We are getting more and more vaccines against COVID-19 and we are creating more and more points, centers, mobile immunization teams. This makes it possible to open vaccination to all comers and protect as many people as possible from coronavirus disease, in particular from the new strain "Delta", which has already reached Ukraine.

Viktor Lyashko, Minister of Health of Ukraine

The United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) has delivered to Ukraine 2,040,040 doses of mRNA vaccine from COVID-19 produced by the American company Moderna. This batch of vaccines is provided by the US government through the global COVAX fund. The COVAX initiative, which is an unprecedented example of international cooperation, is to ensure that all countries, regardless of income level, have equal access to COVID-19 vaccines.

Local authorities are responsible for opening new vaccination centers and mass vaccination centers. The overall coordination of the COVID-19 vaccination campaign and the planning of the work of the mobile teams is carried out by the regional vaccination coordinators.

As of July 20, 2021, 4.1 million vaccinations were performed. 2.7 million Ukrainians received the first dose, fully vaccinated with two doses - 1.4 million people.
