The company ZAKHIDNYI BUH Western Bug is starting the construction of a processing complex for both soft and hard wheat.
This was announced by the project manager of the Mill and Pasta Factory at Western Bug, Volodymyr Boichuk, on Facebook.
“This will be the first project of this scale in Ukraine for processing durum wheat, which we plan to launch in 2025,” he noted.
According to the company, the planned capacity of the mills will exceed 75,000 tons per year, which will allow for the production of high-quality baking flour and semolina for pasta production.
The complex is expected to feature over 50 types of products. The pasta factory will operate at full capacity, producing around 50,000 tons of various products annually, including traditional pasta, instant noodles made from both soft and hard wheat, and various shapes.
