Ukrainian Air Force strikes Russian drone launch site in Kursk region, eliminates up to 20 operators
The Ukrainian Air Force has successfully struck a site near the village of Tyotkino in Russia’s Kursk region, used by Russian forces to launch attack drones. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported the operation on Facebook.
The strike took place on Saturday, April 19.
According to the General Staff, the targeted facility was used by Russian troops to prepare, equip, and launch reconnaissance and combat drones, including FPV drones.
As a result of the strike, up to 20 enemy drone operators were eliminated.
“This strike of ours is a tangible response to the enemy's actions against the Ukrainian army,” the General Staff emphasized.
