Ukrainian R&D company Praktika and the Spanish company Tecnova S.L. will cooperate in the production of special and military-purpose products, including armored vehicles.
There are also plans for the joint development of such vehicle production in Spain, as reported by the Minister for Strategic Industries, Herman Smetanin.
"Today, in Madrid, JSC R&D 'Praktika' and the Spanish company Tecnova S.L. signed a Memorandum of Understanding. The parties agreed to collaborate by combining their experience in the production of special and military-purpose products," he wrote in a Telegram post on Tuesday.
According to him, this includes universal and specialized armored vehicles, as well as non-military armored equipment, and further joint development of armored vehicle production in the Kingdom of Spain.
Smetanin noted that such cooperation between the companies will significantly strengthen the armored vehicle production sector in Ukraine by combining the experience and technologies of both Ukraine and Spain.
