Ukrainian startup Griselda, specializing in data processing solutions for defense and security, raised $600,000. The round was led by the Finnish-Ukrainian fund Double Tap Investments, as reported by AIN.UA.

Griselda also secured $250,000 in grant funding for the second half of 2024. The company develops a geospatial platform designed to enhance situational awareness and improve decision-making in both military and humanitarian operations.

"This partnership will allow Griselda to further develop its platform using artificial intelligence and advanced recognition algorithms for more efficient processing and analysis of various types of data," said Oleksii Khudoba, founder of the DTI fund.

The platform is based on the concept of data fusion—combining information from various sources, including HUMINT, OSINT, SIGINT (radio-electronic intelligence), and IMINT (satellite and aerial reconnaissance), to create a comprehensive and accurate operational picture. This capability improves decision-making at all levels, from tactical to strategic.

Double Tap Investments is a Finnish-Ukrainian investment company focused on supporting Ukrainian defense tech startups with financing, growth, and scaling production to win the war and create products and innovations for a better world. Recently, the fund closed the first funding round for the Ukrainian drone developer Black Forest Systems.
