As a result of the talks, the Kremlin's dependence on China may increase.

Chinese leader Xi Jinping arrived in Moscow on March 20 for negotiations with Russian President Vladimir Putin. The visit will last three days.

The Chinese leader expressed confidence that his visit "will become fruitful and give a new impetus to the development of relations with Russia." At the same time, Putin did not arrive at Vnukovo in person. Xi Jinping was met by Russian Vice Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko and a military band.

Xi Jinping is the first to meet with Putin since the International Criminal Court in The Hague issued a warrant for his arrest.

According to experts, Xi Jinping, thanks to these negotiations, wants to strengthen the political, economic and technological dependence of the Putin regime on China.
