780 Million UAH to be invested in Industrial park in Zhovti Vody, specializing in chemical production

The Cabinet of Ministers has included the Zhovti Vody industrial park in the Dnipropetrovsk region in the Register. This was announced on the government portal.

The park will create 500 jobs, primarily for companies in the chemical industry. Specifically, it is planned to produce paints, varnishes, synthetic fibers, synthetic rubber, and fertilizers.

The total area of the industrial park is 10 hectares, with an estimated building area of 41,857 square meters.

The initiator of the creation of the Zhovti Vody industrial park is the limited liability company INDUSTRIAL PARK ZHOVTI VODY. The total area of the industrial park is 10 hectares, with an estimated construction area of 41,857 square meters.

The park will focus on the following key sectors:

  • Production of chemicals and chemical products;
  • Production of basic chemicals, fertilizers, nitrogen compounds, plastics, and synthetic rubber in primary forms;
  • Production of paints, varnishes, and similar products, printing inks, and mastics;
  • Production of other chemical products;
  • Production of artificial and synthetic fibers;
  • Alternative energy;
  • Scientific and technical activities;
  • Information and telecommunications activities;
  • Auxiliary and related industries.

The total amount of capital investment in the construction of the industrial park’s facilities is approximately UAH 782 million. The initiator and managing company plan to attract UAH 97 million in their own and borrowed funds, as well as participate in the state industrial park stimulation program. An additional UAH 646 million is planned to be raised from future participants.
