Leonid Stanislavsky, one of the heroes of the documentary film "Silver Servers," and a professional athlete, will conduct a tennis masterclass during the 14th Odessa International Film Festival. The 99-year-old athlete will hold an open event for all interested parties on Thursday, August 24th, at 9:00 AM. The masterclass will take place at 47A Kobylyanska Street (Terrace Restaurant and Ace Tennis Club), Chernivtsi. Admission is free.

At the age of 99, Leonid Stanislavsky from Kharkiv continues to actively train and participate in international competitions. He also organizes matches to support the Ukrainian Armed Forces and provide assistance to Ukrainians affected by the Russian invasion. Stanislavsky has entered the Guinness World Records as the world's oldest tennis player participating in international competitions.

And today, on August 23rd, at 4:30 PM, the film "Silver Servers," in which Leonid Stanislavsky is one of the heroes, will be screened at the I. Mykolaychuk Cultural and Art Center. The film, directed by British tennis player and television host Dan Lobb, tells the story of four "super-experienced" tennis players - Leonid (95), Etty (82), King (85), and John (87) - who come to the World Veterans Championship of the International Tennis Federation. Despite their advanced age, these athletes have a passion for victory and, ultimately, for life itself, filled with emotions and vibrant colors. After the film screening, there will be a Q&A session with Leonid Stanislavsky and Dan Lobb.
