Alexander Kovalenko, a military-political observer for the Information Resistance group, said Russia's massive missile attacks on Ukraine will not end. In an interview with UNIAN, he shared a frightening forecast and commented on the words of the head of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, Kyrylo Budanov, about "2-3 missile attacks."

"These 2-3 times will never end. Because there is a production of missiles in Russia. Kyrylo Budanov says in this case that Russia has received a sufficient supply of missile weapons since the days of the Soviet Union. Russia's warehouses and storage centers broke down until 2022, but not all missiles were stored in ideal conditions. And many of them that are available, these are not dozens, these are hundreds of missiles, are in an unusable condition. Such a rocket may explode during launch. Now they are working on finalizing these missiles - maintenance, repairs. There are really a limited number of combat-ready missiles. And even usable missiles must undergo certain maintenance when they are removed from storage," Kovalenko said.

He also said that the Russian Federation could prepare from 5 to 7 missiles for use in a day. That is, for the formation of ammunition for a massive missile strike with a breakthrough in air defense, the Russians need about 1.5-2 weeks.

The occupiers want to increase the effectiveness of the air defense breakthrough. However, Kovalenko recalled how, in Odessa, an Kh-59 missile broke through the air defense and hit the beach, destroying the toilet. Such a breakthrough can hardly be called effective.

“But in general, the effectiveness of such a breakthrough turned out to be zero. And this applies to the stock that they have available. Now we start with the fact that it will someday run out. It will just end soon. And they remain at the level of their own production. And it will depend on this in the future when they can prepare ammunition for delivering a massive strike on Ukraine. It won't be 1.5-2 weeks anymore. It will be 3-4 weeks, maybe a month. In the future, we must say that missile threats will not decrease. Massive strikes, if they correspond to their tactics of waging war against Ukraine, terrorist attacks will continue in the future. Massive strikes, if they correspond to their tactics of waging war against Ukraine, terrorist attacks will continue in the future. The periods between these massive strikes will only grow,” Kovalenko summed up.
