Ukraine's Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) is preparing to transfer the assets and corporate rights of Krioin Engineering LLC, a producer of high-purity inert and rare gases, to an external manager.
According to ARMA, the company specialises in producing neon, helium, xenon and krypton, which are used in semiconductor manufacturing, electronics and laser systems.
The assets include production facilities in Odessa and the surrounding region, as well as specialised equipment for gas production, packaging and transportation.
The portfolio also includes four land plots in the Odessa region with a combined area of more than 1.1 hectares, along with residential properties in Odessa, including apartments, a holiday house and a cottage intended for family recreation.
According to court documents, Russian citizens were among the company's beneficial owners.
