From February 9 to 11, Odessa will host "New German Cinema. In a new reality" festival. One of the oldest Ukrainian film reviews takes place in the new reality of war. The event will traditionally be an in-depth crash course on the latest events in German cinema: the audience will see a selection of iconic premieres and top hits.

In Odessa, it is held by the Goethe Institute, Arthouse Traffic and The Bayerisches haus (Bavarian House) with the support of the general partner German Films and the official partner ProCredit Bank.

This festival is one of the oldest festivals in Ukraine, representing German cinematography: in 2023, it will be held for the 28th time!

All films are shown in the original language with Ukrainian subtitles.
