In Russian-occupied Mariupol, an increase in the number of Russian military personnel is being recorded, many of whom are wounded.
This was reported by Petro Andriushchenko, former advisor to the Mariupol city mayor and head of the Center for the Study of Occupation.
"Mariupol. The city is filled with transit troops. The vast majority of movements are from the Polohy-Rozivka agglomeration (Rozivka settlement community in Polohy district, Zaporizhzhia region). They are transported to hospitals and quickly replenished from camps on the coast, then back again. We do not observe large convoys, but the number of wounded from near Huliaipole and Polohy is increasing daily," Andriushchenko wrote.
According to him, most of the wounded Russian soldiers are brought to Mariupol from near Huliaipole—a town in the Polohy district of Zaporizhzhia region. Andriushchenko added that many of these wounded Russians have lost their legs.
