Assault units of the Korean People's Democratic Republic (KPDR) military are being replenished with new personnel following losses sustained in Russia's Kursk region.

This information comes from the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine's Ministry of Defense.

According to intelligence reports, on December 14 and 15, North Korean army units suffered significant losses in the areas of Plekhovo, Vorozhba, and Martynivka in Russia's Kursk region. At least 30 soldiers were reported killed or wounded.

Additionally, in the vicinity of the village of Kurilovka, at least three North Korean servicemen went missing.

The Main Intelligence Directorate stated that due to these losses, assault groups are being replenished with "fresh personnel," including members of the 94th Separate Brigade of the KPDR army, to continue active combat operations in the Kursk region.
