Within the framework of covert mobilization, the Russian Federation manages to mobilize approximately 20,000 additional people every month. Andrii Yusov, a representative of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, announced this on the air of the national telethon.

According to Andrii Yusov, it is not enough to mobilize people, they still need to be trained, and there are few training bases in the Russian Federation, so Belarus and Belarusian training grounds are used.
