Ukrainian drones attacked facilities in the Stavropol and Krasnodar regions again overnight on July 13. Near the railway in the village of Vyazniki, in the Stavropol region, an oil depot caught fire late at night following a UAV strike. On July 9, another oil depot in the same settlement, located 1.2 km from the facility hit overnight (owned by JSC NK Rosneft-Stavropolye), was also attacked and burned.
According to footage from local residents, a powerful fire broke out at the oil depot targeted overnight into Monday and had not been extinguished by 9:00 a.m. The Ukrainian resource Supernova reported that at least two storage tanks caught fire.
In the Temryuk district of the Krasnodar region, a fire also broke out “on the territory of one of the enterprises,” according to the local emergency response headquarters.
According to the Ukrainian channel Crimean Wind, citing satellite imagery, a petroleum products transshipment complex and a railway station at the Kavkaz port were damaged in a UAV strike. The port connects Russia with Crimea via the Kerch ferry crossing.

The attacked facility, with a capacity of about 3 million tonnes per year, handles the transshipment of oil and fuel oil delivered directly to the port by railcars, tank trucks, and vessels. The terminal includes storage facilities with a total capacity of around 100,000 cubic meters, as well as railway platforms where fuel is unloaded from rail tank cars, the channel reported.
Exilenova+ added that a fire was also detected in the storage tank area of the “Kavkaz” port, which had already been targeted by drone attacks on June 21 and 23.
