Fifteen international, national, and local businesses have already joined the open memorandum for the restoration and development of entrepreneurship on the Crimean Peninsula after its de-occupation. This was announced by the Deputy Prime Minister for Ukraine's Restoration and the Minister for Community, Territorial, and Infrastructure Development, Oleksandr Kubrakov, during a side event at the third summit of the Crimean Platform.

"The temporary occupation of the peninsula has turned it into a symbol of Russia's imperial, anti-human, terrorist, and chauvinistic essence. However, today we are talking about a different future for Crimea. With its restoration after temporary occupation, with infrastructure development, investment return, tourists, freedom of speech and action. We will create the largest technological center in Eastern Europe in Crimea. Free economic zones, currency regulation abolition, modern digital infrastructure, and boundless opportunities for learning and self-development. Together with Ukraine, Crimea will regain a decent quality of life," emphasized Oleksandr Kubrakov.

Despite Russia's effective destruction of the peninsula's economy, business, and tourism, and despite losses from ecological terrorism, it will become better than it was, according to Oleksandra Azarkhina, Deputy Minister for Community, Territorial, and Infrastructure Development.

"Economic power, major ports and maritime routes. Technological parks and R&D centers of the world's leading IT companies. Modern educational infrastructure. A new tourist brand. All of these are components of the restoration of liberated Crimea. Leading companies and international organizations are ready to join the restoration of the peninsula today. I am confident that together we will restore Ukrainian Crimea," emphasized Oleksandra Azarkhina.

Today, Ukraine has unprecedented support for the de-occupation of Crimea at various levels: governments of partner countries and international organizations, as well as leading businesses from Ukraine and around the world, which have already joined the open memorandum for the restoration and development of the peninsula.

Among the signatories of the memorandum are companies such as Nokia, Fozzy Group, Vodafone, Kyivstar, Genesis, SoftServe Ukraine, Monobank, Sigma Software, SQUAD, Ribas Hotels, Edem, Okko, Lifecell, Dobrobut, CMS Group, Luxoft. The international company Jacobs, one of the largest engineering companies in the USA, as well as Expedia, a global leader in the tourism technology market, and EPAM, a leader in the field of information technology, expressed their support. Ryanair, a company willing to invest in infrastructure throughout sovereign Ukrainian territory, also stated its readiness. Additionally, Royal HaskoningDHV, one of the world's largest consulting companies in aviation, construction, energy, transportation infrastructure, urban planning, with offices in over 30 countries, has supported the economic recovery and rebuilding of liberated Crimea with video messages.

The World Tourism Organization (UNWTO), the sole United Nations agency, which revoked Russia's membership in the spring of 2022, has joined the support for economic recovery and reconstruction of liberated Crimea. The organization unites 157 countries. The World Travel and Tourism Council, an international organization representing over 200 companies with a turnover of over $600 billion (30% of the total market), has also joined. Members of the council include ALL - Accor Live Limitless, Airbnb, Carnival Corporation, Hilton, InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, Marriott Hotels, MSC Cruises, Radisson, and Uber
