NAVI launches new project to recruit beginners for youth team

The Ukrainian esports organization NAVI has unveiled its new project, NAVI Visa Academy, aimed at identifying and recruiting talented young players for the NAVI Youth team.

“To take your chance, simply apply to the NAVI Visa Academy project through our website,” the team announced.

Participants will first undergo a rigorous online selection process. The top 10 finalists will then spend two weeks at NAVI’s bootcamp in Berlin, where they will face another round of selection to join the youth team.

Project requirements for applicants are:

  • Age: 14-17
  • 2600+ ELO in CS2 (Faceit)
  • English proficiency: B1+
  • No contractual obligations with other clubs
  • No bans related to cheating, toxicity, or smurfing on Steam, Faceit, etc.
