The leader in express delivery in Ukraine, Nova Poshta, has opened a new postal branch in the city of Bălți, Moldova, bringing the total number of branches in the country to 31.

"We opened a new branch in the Moldovan city of Bălți. Branch No. 4 at Stefan cel Mare, 8/4, became the 31st branch of Nova Poshta in the country. This branch allows sending and receiving parcels up to 30 kg," the company announced on Telegram.

Nova Poshta has been operating in Moldova since 2014. Initially, the company opened three branches in the country: in Chișinău, Cahul, and Bălți. Over the past 10 years, Nova Poshta has expanded its network to 30 branches, including three sorting terminals.

In the first half of 2024, Nova Post Moldova handled 1.1 million parcels. In 2023, the company delivered 1.2 million parcels. Nova Post Moldova is among the top three fastest delivery services in Moldova.
