The National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC) is committed to protecting the rights and interests of investors and has added nine more cases to its list of unreliable investment projects. Currently, the list includes 401 SCAM projects.
The new questionable projects on the list are:

• Boris Cooper Trading School – boriscooper.org
• AvangardBroker – avgbroker.top
• Industrial Trading – industrial-trading.org
• Buleto – buleto.com
• AI Auto Sale – ai-auto-sale.com
• Trust Investment / Trust Capital / Trust Capital Fund – trust-capital.fund/uk
• GenesisFX – genesis-forex.com
"The Commission reminds potential investors of the significant risks associated with investing through: – Individuals whose activities in Ukraine are not regulated in any way, – Individuals providing false information about licensed and supposedly official operations in countries with developed financial markets," the statement reads.
A full list of the projects is available on the Commission's official website in the "Investor Protection" section. If information about a specific dubious project is not listed in this section, potential investors can independently analyze it for signs of unreliability based on the "10 signs of a questionable investment project" or contact the Commission via email: info@nssmc.gov.ua.
