Delta Food (TM Huliaipole) launched a new oil bottling line in the Western Ukrainian Industrial Hub industrial park in the Ternopil region. The company invested 40 million UAH in the project. The opening of the new line took place on May 22 as part of the MADE IN UKRAINE: TERNOPIL REGION 2025 forum.

Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Economic Development, Dmytro Kysylevskyi, reported that the capacity of the new production line is 6,000 one-liter bottles per hour. The bottle blowing equipment is of Ukrainian manufacture (Pet Technology, Chernihiv).

According to Kysylevskyi, the company’s new products will be primarily exported. Until now, Delta Food, which specialized in producing sauces (TM Huliaipole), exports 30% of its products to the EU and the USA. The enterprise has created 200 jobs in the industrial park.

“Ternopil region today demonstrates how a region can become a driver of national economic growth. The economic forum is not just a platform for discussions but a place for concrete decisions where the government, business, and investors define the development vector together,” emphasized Ivan Chaikivskyi, People's Deputy of Ukraine and Secretary of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Agrarian and Land Policy.

To launch the new production line, Delta Food used state policy programs “Made in Ukraine.” Forty percent of the project financing was provided by the affordable credit program “5-7-9.” Additionally, the company benefited from VAT and customs duty exemptions when importing equipment into the industrial park.

Kysylevskyi also noted that in autumn 2025, Delta Food plans to launch a new sauce production line with investments exceeding 100 million UAH.

  • In 2022, due to the war, Delta Food relocated its production capacities from Huliaipole (Zaporizhzhia region). That was when the company decided to move its equipment to the “Western Ukrainian Industrial Hub” industrial park.
